ホテル ツーリスト ハウス - フィレンツェ

ロケーションが非常に便利ですので、お勧めです。

シャワーの配管が詰まってしまい、床が水浸しになってしまいました。また、洗面台も詰まったので非常に残念でした。そして、タオルがシーツのようなものだったので、驚きましたが、これもイタリア？の特性なのかもしれませんので、文句は言えませんが。。

珍しく先払いで気持ちが楽なホテル。駅からも近くて便利です

部屋が清潔でよかったです。チェックアウト後も荷物を預けることができました。値段のわりには良いお部屋でした。

エレベーターがなかったので、荷物を運ぶのに苦労しました。シャワー後に臭いがこもって気になったと友人が言っていました。私は特に気にはならなかったので、ひどいものではないと思います。

・フィレンツェSMN駅のすぐ近く ・シャワージェルが置いてあった

・スタッフが英語が通じず、少しコミュニケーションに困った（朝食の時間や場所など）

Just the location.

Poor management. Reception service is unfriendly. I was asked to pay cash...! No proper invoice... Just hand written receipt. Check out time 10.30am. Not very convenient. No parking space and total luck of assistance to where and how to park in the area.

The position.

The receptionist was not there when we arrive. She went back 20 min later. The reception is not 24h

The location, room was reasonable with en-suite. Freshly made coffee for breakfast.

Our room was directly over a wine bar which had live music till late. street noise could be heard, noisy stay. Breakfast was basic continental.

Nice hotel and good location for the city trip

I liked the convenience to Santa Maria Novella train station and the main attractions to Florence.

The staff was rude, the room was very uncomfortable, rock hard mattresses, the towels were cut up bed sheets (not kidding). No breakfast included since we had 4 people which seemed unfair. The view was a terrace with old furniture, dead plants and an alley. The front desk staff was rude (which was unusual for any place we stayed in Italy) and the room was on large box with 4 beds low to the floor, a ceiling fan that didn't work, blown out bulbs in two lamps, a bathroom that was about 2 feet across and more of an alleyway than a bathroom. We had so many better experiences in hotels in Europe, and really are pretty easygoing travelers so if we are complaining, then it really has to be a horrible place to stay

Great location...near at the big tourist attractions

The window had been opened before we arrived and there were 10-15 flies and mosquitoes in the room. Breakfast was a dissappointment...I've never been to a hotel that rationed your breakfast for you. We were handed a plate and that's all we got - and she didn't give us a plate for our 3 or 5 year old. They were allowed the one choice of cereal and one choice of apple.

Pros: very central, good value for money, free wi-fi access.

Cons: stairs and no elevator as well as smelly bathroom

The hotel is very close to attactions, also it is very quite.

Rooms are very depressive

The reception is very enthusiastic and introduces the room facility friendly.

Reception opens 9am to 7pm. We arrived 7:30pm but the reception stayed opened for us. She also did not rush us but gave us a good explanation of the city and all the places to visit.

The room was on the third floor. It was very difficult to carry luggages up and down the stairs. There were no help available.

Great location right on Piazza Maria Novella and 5 minutes walk from the S.M.N. Train station. The piazza was lively, with some good (cheap and cheerful) restaurants/ cafes and the Gelato Festival - and of course, that beautiful church. Walking distance to everywhere was easy and if you like to take buses then the station is very close Easy, friendly check in and our twin room was back facing which meant it was very quiet. Didn't hear any noise from other rooms. General cleanliness and room size was good. Nice, decent sized balcony that could have done with some nicer chairs... Didn't use the aircon, but there was a unit in the room.

The bathroom was small which was expected but the shower cubicle was extremely small making showering a little bit of an ordeal. Neither of us are large people and we both struggled. However, the water was hot and the shower powerful. The toilet made us nervous...it only flushed when it wanted to and the mechanism was ancient!! The lights were too dim and only the one bed had a side lamp meaning that I couldn't read at night because the lights were too weak. Not one table in the room which meant toileteries etc ended up on the floor. As it is clearly budget and we were only there two nights, with most of our time spent out in town, none of these points were a major disaster.
